Bread Boat Houston

Georgian bread boats and hand-shaped pies, coming to Richmond Avenue.

Houston knows how to eat. This is a city where you can get Viet-Cajun crawfish, birria, and Nigerian suya inside the same mile — and starting soon, a cheese-filled bread boat pulled hot from the oven on Richmond Ave.

Our signature dish — khachapuri, the Georgian bread boat — is just the beginning. From hearty meat pies to a wholesome vegan platter and golden layered cake, we’re bringing the whole supra to Houston.
